Homeless in the Rain

Bob Ryan His Music Band and School He the Band and I = US

Son of Doris Walker song writer and piano player with a Music Publishing Company and Raymond G. Rayan ,Bob Ryan was immersed in music very young from the age of 14, and by 20, he was performing with the David Mayer Band, contributing as a bassist and vocalist to their acclaimed rainbow disc. His journey was marked by notable successes, shaped by collaborations with some of Orange County's finest musicians, which brought him close to the doors of fame and even the Orange County Hall of Fame. Most of these pivotal experiences occurred during his youth. When I met Bob, he had already navigated three marriages. I confidently told him, "I am the last one." My search for love brought me to America, where I prayed for a sign. God answered by sending me my husband, the maestro—an exceptional singer, composer, and arranger. For 31 years, our partnership has flourished through our shared passion for art, music, and painting.

In our 31 years of marriage, music has been the heartbeat of our lives together. From our early days at Doris Landing in El Segundo Boulevard, Los Angeles, to the vibrant atmosphere of his music school, I’ve been by his side, helping him cultivate a band that includes both kids and adults. We’ve played in the cozy confines of our parents’ houses, showcased our talents at street fairs, and even filled the sidewalks of the music store and plaza with melodies that echo our passion. These moments, filled with laughter, learning, and harmonious collaboration, have created some of the most cherished memories of our lives. The experiences we've shared through music are truly a lifetime treasure, binding us together in an unbreakable rhythm of love and creativity.
